In the evening, you can calmly reflect on your day: • What was most valuable today? • What brought you closer to the life you want? • What are you grateful for? • What could you do differently tomorrow? • How did your mood and energy change? Your answers are saved in your history, allowing you to revisit your thoughts, decisions, and meaningful moments over time.
