Full description

Taptrack is the field workforce app your crew actually opens — and the back-office tool your supervisors actually trust. Capture jobsite photos with GPS pins. Run inspections from custom forms. Track time with NFC checkpoints. Generate branded PDF reports in one tap. No paperwork, no missed details, no end-of-week scramble. ▸ CREW LOVED, OFFICE TRUSTED Built for the crews who run the work and the people who manage them. The mobile app stays out of your way in the field; the office dashboard surfaces every photo, form, time entry, and issue your team logged that day. ▸ FIELD DATA TRACKED • GPS-tagged photos at every jobsite, automatically organized by project • NFC-tagged routes and checkpoints — scan, verify, and time-stamp on the go • Custom inspection forms with text, select, photo, and checkbox fields • Form submissions with location pins for full audit trails • Time tracking with clock in/out, break tracking, and active-shift visibility • Issue reporting with severity, status, and assigned owner ▸ 1-CLICK REPORTS Turn a project's data into a branded PDF in one tap. Pick which fields, photos, and inspection sections appear. Share with clients, file with the office, or archive for compliance. No spreadsheets, no copy-paste. ▸ BUILT FOR FIELD WORK • Projects with client, address, GPS, members, forms, and routes • Tasks with priority, status, and assignee — visible to everyone on the project • Issues flagged in the field, resolved in the office • Multi-organization support — manage multiple teams or sites • Offline-friendly capture, syncs when you're back on signal • Light and dark themes, native Android feel ▸ WHO IT'S FOR Contractors, security teams, surveyors, inspectors, utility crews, warehouse operations — any field workforce that needs to capture what happened, where it happened, and prove it later. Taptrack replaces the patchwork of camera roll + texts + paper checklists + spreadsheet reports that most field teams still use. One app for the crew. One dashboard for the office. One source of truth for the work. Get started in minutes. Bring your team onboard with a single invite link.
