Full description
Stride Plan is a local training calendar for general 5K, 10K, and half-marathon preparation. Choose a distance, an experience level, three to five running days per week, and a start date. The app generates a conservative template you can change. Every planned session can be edited (type, target distance, notes) or marked planned, completed, or skipped. Log a planned or extra run by hand: date, distance, duration, optional perceived effort, and notes. Pace is calculated from what you enter. The app does not use location, does not draw a GPS route, and does not connect to the internet. Progress shows sessions and distance you logged, plus how much of the current plan is marked complete. That summary is not a health assessment. Units default to kilometers; miles are optional. Appearance follows the system theme, with explicit light and dark choices. Delete-all removes the plan and run history from this device after confirmation. Plans and runs stay in private on-device storage. Android backup and device transfer are turned off in the app configuration; some manufacturers may still apply their own transfer tools. Uninstalling the app permanently removes its data. Stride Plan provides general planning templates. It is not medical advice, not personalized coaching, and not a race-entry or tracking service.
