Site Accelerator Live

Site Accelerator is Square Yards’ dedicated platform for real estate developers and sales teams to run structured site visit incentive campaigns with speed, transparency, and control. Built on a wallet-based model, the app allows developers to allocate campaign funds, track available balances, and reward validated site visits through a seamless approval workflow. Every payout is linked to a verified on-ground outcome, ensuring better governance, cleaner reconciliation, and stronger performance visibility. The platform is designed for real estate developers, Square Yards sales teams, and reporting hierarchies to work together on one unified system for campaign execution and tracking. Key Features • Add and manage developer-funded wallet balances • Track wallet utilization and available funds in real time • Run project-wise site visit incentive campaigns • Approve validated site visits through a structured workflow • Release rewards against approved site visits • Auto-deduct payouts from the funded wallet • Enable visibility across developers, sales teams, and management hierarchy • Monitor campaign performance with greater transparency and control How it works 1. Developers add funds to their dedicated wallet 2. Wallet funds are mapped to active site visit campaigns 3. Site visits are validated by both Square Yards and developer teams 4. Incentives are released against approved visits 5. The payout amount is automatically deducted from the wallet balance Why Site Accelerator Site Accelerator helps developers improve sales velocity by making channel-led site visit campaigns more measurable, transparent, and efficient. It ensures every payout is backed by a verified site visit, while giving all stakeholders real-time visibility into fund utilization and campaign performance. Whether the objective is to activate channel outreach, increase project footfall, or improve conversion momentum, Site Accelerator enables smarter execution at scale.
