With the Spectos Survey you can conduct your surveys offline even there is no internet connection. Your data will be synchronized as soon as you are online again. Functionality: 1. Create and manage your surveys as usual via www.spectos.com and simply download them to your Android Device with the Spectos Survey. 2. Measure your service quality with the Spectos Survey at the Point-of-Sale (POS), for example at tablet stands (terminal- & kiosk-mode), or in face-to-face interview surveys. 3. As soon as there is an internet connection, the collected feedback is automatically synchronized with the Spectos Survey Cloud. New Features: Survey Management: Terminal code/password updates now trigger pop-up warnings, prompting users to re-enter new credentials for accurate sync. Survey Sync: Cached surveys with new codes or passwords will sync existing feedback. Multiple Choice Questions: - Users cannot select other options when the exclusive option is chosen. - Other options are available only when exclusive option is deselected. UX: Error Handling: Clear warning messages for sync issues due to credential changes.
