SonicPlay – USB Music Player Live

SonicPlay is a music player for USB DACs and lossless audio. It plays your files exactly as they are — bit-perfect over USB, native DSD, no resampling. No ads, no account, nothing tracks you. 🔌 USB AUDIO / BIT-PERFECT Plug in a USB DAC or dongle and SonicPlay takes the exclusive audio path, skipping the Android mixer completely. The DAC gets your file at its original sample rate and bit depth. 44.1kHz stays 44.1kHz. • Works with USB Audio Class 1 and 2 devices • Your phone's volume keys can drive the DAC's own hardware volume • Per-DAC settings: startup volume, volume limit, DSD mode (Auto / DoP / PCM) • The audio info screen shows what the DAC is actually receiving, so you can verify bit-perfect yourself 💿 DSD AND HI-RES DSF and DFF files play natively, as DSD over DoP if your DAC supports it, converted to clean PCM if not. PCM up to 384kHz / 32 bit. Gapless works everywhere. 🎵 FORMATS FLAC, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, APE, DSD (DSF/DFF), MP3, AAC/M4A, OGG, Opus. ALAC uses a built-in decoder, so Apple Lossless plays even on phones whose own decoder is broken. 🎚️ EQUALIZER • Parametric EQ with AutoEQ correction profiles for over 1000 headphones • Manual EQ where you type exact frequency, gain and Q instead of dragging sliders • ReplayGain volume normalization (track or album) • Real crossfade, and a sleep timer that counts minutes, tracks, or stops at the end of the song EQ and effects switch off automatically in bit-perfect mode. 📂 LIBRARY Pick your music folders and scanning is quick — rescans only read changed files. Browse by album, artist, genre, year, composer or folder. Artist photos and bios load from MusicBrainz if you want them. Playlists import and export as plain M3U, so they move between players. Smart playlists group your library by decade, file type and sample rate. Synced lyrics from .lrc files or embedded tags, with online lyrics search. There's a duplicate finder too. 📱 REMOTE AND CAST Chromecast is built in. There's also a free companion app, SonicPlay Remote, for browsing your library and controlling playback from another phone on the same WiFi. Other things worth knowing: double-press a volume key to skip tracks with the screen off, tablet layouts, a translucent Liquid Glass theme, and it runs well on small dedicated players (DAPs). 🔒 PRIVACY Everything works offline. No ads, no sign-in, no analytics on what you listen to.
