OSHT - Agro Trading

OSHT is Om Shri Hari Trading Pvt Ltd's app for the brokers and suppliers who sell it maize and rice, and for its own office. It opens in Hindi with English beneath, and is made for the yard and the weighbridge. Raise an order Press + New order on the home screen and the app asks one thing at a time: the grain, the supplier, how many lorries or how much weight, your rate, the factory, the payment terms and the days you need to deliver. Each question is read aloud, and you can speak the quantity, the rate and a note instead of typing. You see the whole order before it goes to the office, and you are told when it is approved. Every lorry, every paper Each lorry on an order has its own page and seven papers: party detail, pre-arrival slip, GRN, invoice (challan), factory receive, purchase receipt and the authorised pay slip. Two are yours to send: the party detail when the lorry is loaded and the factory receive when it is unloaded. The office files the rest; one look shows which paper a lorry still waits for. A kata parchi, a tagging slip and a cheque photo can go alongside. Send a paper however it reached you: camera, gallery, a PDF, or a picture shared into the app from a chat. With no network it waits on the phone, even if the app is closed. Once you have a signal it goes when you switch back to the app, or at once with a tap on the waiting note on the home screen. Know where your money is The home screen shows what was paid today, with the settlement papers, and which lorries have a purchase receipt but no payment yet. When a pay slip is filed the app tells you, out loud in Hindi. Payment history lists every settled lorry by the day the money came, with its purchase receipt and pay slips as one file to keep or forward. Rates and buyers Tap a grain to open the bhav board: every factory ranked by what it pays today, and each day's highest rate over two weeks, to show the market's direction. Set a rate alarm and the phone tells you when the rate reaches your figure. A factory buying today shows on the home screen with how much it still wants; tap it to start an order. If the office offers a new rate on one of your orders, it shows there with the time left to answer. Accept, and the order is confirmed at that rate. Decline or leave it, and the order closes. Ask Madam Madam is the app's voice assistant. Tap once and ask as you would ask the office: how much is still owed to me, which lorries have not reached, what is today's rate. She answers out loud, finds and shares a lorry's papers, and can take down an order by voice for you to confirm. The language screen lists 42 languages, 41 Indian ones and English; the other 40, Bhojpuri among them, are only partly translated so far, and untranslated parts show in a related language, Hindi or English. Reading aloud and spoken answers depend on your phone's voices; the language screen shows what yours can do. A broker can register from the sign-in screen with a mobile number and a one-time code. A supplier applies with its GST number and starts once the office approves.
