Serene Ambassador

Serene Ambassador is the official app for authorized Serene sales ambassadors. It gives you everything you need to refer customers, follow your leads, and keep track of your earnings — all in one place. Note: This app is for approved ambassadors only. You'll need an account to sign in; new ambassadors are verified before access is granted. **WHAT YOU CAN DO** **• Submit leads in seconds** Capture a prospective customer's details and send them in directly from your phone. No paperwork, no phone calls back to the office. **• Track every lead's progress** Follow each lead through its full journey — from new, to contacted, to quote sent, to completed. Always know exactly where things stand. **• See your commissions clearly** View your earned and pending commissions, with a running summary of what you've made. No more guessing or waiting for a statement. **• Stay updated instantly** Get push notifications the moment a lead's status changes or a commission is paid, so you never miss an update. **• Manage your profile** Keep your contact details, identity documents, and payout information up to date securely from your profile. **BUILT FOR AMBASSADORS** Whether you're submitting your first lead or managing a steady pipeline, Serene Ambassador keeps your work organized and your earnings transparent. Your dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your activity and performance, so you can focus on what you do best — connecting people with Serene. **SECURE BY DESIGN** Your account is protected by secure sign-in, and all information is transmitted over encrypted connections. Your identity and payout details are kept private and used only to operate your ambassador account and pay your commissions. Questions or need help? Contact your Serene representative.
