Seedly - Male Fertility Log Live

Log semen analysis results and daily habits in one place, then compare any two tests side by side. Seedly is a private tracking and comparison app for men who are trying to conceive. It keeps semen test numbers, everyday habits, and observation media together, so you can see what was different before each test. ■ Record all 7 semen analysis values • Semen volume (mL) • Sperm concentration (million/mL) • Total sperm count (million) • Motility (%) • Progressive motility (%) • Total motile sperm count / TMSC (million) • Normal morphology (%) Every field shows a reference figure based on the WHO 6th edition. Seedly shows how your values compare with those figures, but does not diagnose. Numbers from a clinic report and results from an at-home sperm test kit can both be copied into the same timeline. ■ Compare any two tests Choose the two test records you want to compare, not only the latest pair. Review values, observation media, and pre-test habits side by side, even when the tests are months apart. ■ Pre-test habits, gathered for you Sleep, alcohol, abstinence days, supplements, stress, and activity from the days before a test are organised automatically. Instead of relying on memory, you can look back at what actually changed. ■ A daily entry takes about 30 seconds • Sleep, alcohol, stress, and activity • Abstinence days, with a reset to zero • Whether you had intercourse • Supplements taken or skipped (add or pause your own items) • A free-text memo Switch between calendar and list view to see your streak as it is. Custom fields let you add anything the standard list is missing. ■ Observation photos and videos Attach multiple photos and videos captured with a compatible smartphone observation kit to the same test record, and compare media side by side. Note: capturing media requires a commercially available smartphone observation kit. Seedly does not analyse or measure sperm. ■ Track your own experiments Register efforts such as a month without alcohol or a daily zinc supplement as an experiment, with a period, a focus metric, and closing notes. ■ A practical 74-day window Seedly presents the roughly 74-day sperm development period as one practical interval for keeping records. It does not promise improvement or a particular outcome. ■ Privacy first • Records stay on your device • No automatic upload to external servers • Optional biometric or passcode lock ■ Export Export your records as AI-ready text, JSON, or XLSX. ■ Who it is for • Men who have had, or are about to have, a semen analysis • Anyone keeping results from an at-home sperm test kit • Couples going through IUI, IVF, or ICSI • Men concerned about male infertility who want habits and results in one view ■ Free access • Daily entries (enter up to 7 days back; existing entries are retained) • Up to 3 test records • Basic summaries Premium removes limits on tests, experiments, and custom fields, and adds full comparisons, detailed views, and export/restore for record data. Attached photos and videos are not included in backups. Price and duration are shown before purchase. Seedly is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. At-home observation kits do not replace clinical testing. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about test results or medical decisions.
