Saveo Support is the official companion app for the Saveo BOLT X2 — the professional barcode scanner and RFID reader that connects to your Android device via USB. Whether you're on a warehouse floor, at the point of sale, or in the field, Saveo Support gives you full control of your Saveo hardware from one clean, purpose-built interface. 📦 Barcode Scanning Trigger single or continuous barcode scans directly from the app or from the Saveo's hardware scan button. Supports all major 1D and 2D symbologies including Code 128, EAN, QR, and more. Optional beep and vibrate feedback on every successful scan keeps your hands free and your flow uninterrupted. 📡 RFID & NFC Tag Reading Read contactless cards and tags with a single tap. Saveo Support supports ISO 14443-A (MIFARE Ultralight, MIFARE DESFire, payment cards), ISO 15693, FeliCa, and STSRI card types. Full UID and data readout is logged instantly on screen. 🔋 Battery Monitoring Keep an eye on your Saveo's battery health at a glance. Saveo Support displays real-time capacity, voltage, state of health, time-to-empty, and full fuel-gauge telemetry — so you're never caught off guard mid-shift. ⚙️ Device Configuration Fine-tune your Saveo from the settings screen: • Enable or disable the hardware scan button • Configure scan mode (single, multi, or multi no-duplicate) • Set scanner auto-off timeout to match your workflow • Toggle beep and vibration on scan • Enable or disable battery charging • Configure external speaker settings • Enable Code 128 symbology (Intermec engine) • Adjust barcode scope scale mode (Newland engine) 🔧 Firmware Updates Keep your Saveo up to date by loading and flashing firmware files directly from your device storage — no PC required. 📋 Live Event Log Every scan result, RFID read, connection event, battery change, and error is printed to an on-screen log in real time. Colour-coded entries (info, warning, error) make it easy to diagnose issues in the field.
