Team anlegen und den Einladungscode mit deinen Kolleg:innen teilen. 2. Jede:r tippt morgens kurz den eigenen Status: im Büro, nicht im Büro oder Urlaub, gern mit kurzer Notiz. 3. Alle sehen sofort, wer da ist, wer fehlt und was heute wichtig ist. FÜR DEN ALLTAG IM TEAM • Heute-Ansicht: Status und Notiz für alle im Team, z. B. „ab 10 Uhr da“ oder „Kundentermin“ • Team-Nachrichten: kurze Hinweise für alle, z. Dazu „Alle“ und jeder Bereich wie Marketing oder Logistik. • Rollen: Admins machen Mitglieder unter Einstellungen → Team zu Admins und zurück. • Zeiterfassung: Wochenüberblick mit Soll, Stundenzettel, Excel-Export und Feiertage deines Bundeslands.
