Full description

Explore a city through the eyes of someone who knows it with a private, live video experience. Travel From Your Couch connects you with local guides who show you their city in real time. Discover streets, landmarks and local favourites, ask questions, direct your guide and choose what you would like to see next. FOR TRAVELERS • Find guides by city, language and rating. • Connect with an available guide using Instant Connect, or book a session in advance. • Choose a 30- or 60-minute session, with the price displayed before you book. • Talk to your guide, direct your guide and explore together in real time. • Follow along with live captions and available translation. • Rate your guide after the session and watch your experience again later. FOR GUIDES Share the places you know and earn money by helping others explore. • Use your own smartphone to host private, live video sessions. • Go online for instant bookings or offer scheduled sessions. • Complete identity verification before accepting bookings. • Receive automatic payouts, usually within 3 hours after completed sessions. HOW IT WORKS Choose a guide, connect instantly or select a scheduled time, and pay securely in the app. During your session, your guide shows you the surroundings and responds to your questions and requests. EXPERIENCE MATCH-DAY ATMOSPHERE, A CONCERT, OR ANY OTHER EVENT! Explore supporter meeting points, public fan areas, streets and stadium surroundings with a local guide. This is not a broadcast of the match. Payments are processed securely, and guides are paid usually within 3 hours after their sessions have ended. Discover somewhere new, from wherever you are
