Protect & Assist answers the calls your parent shouldn't have to. Scam callers target older adults: the fake grandchild in trouble, the fake IRS agent, the fake tech support warning. Protect & Assist puts a screen in front of unknown calls, so the decision isn't made under pressure. HOW IT WORKS - An unknown number calls. Protect & Assist answers first and asks who is calling and why. - Your loved one hears a short summary of who it is and what they want, then chooses whether to connect. - Trusted callers ring straight through, the way they always have. - If a connected call turns risky, safety rules you set up can alert the family or end the call. The AI reviews the conversation first, so one word on its own doesn't end a call. ONE APP, TWO PHONES You install Protect & Assist on your own phone to see calls, care plans and alerts. You also install it on your loved one's Android phone and pair it with a six-digit code, with no password needed on their side. Their phone keeps its number and its familiar dialer, and family, doctors and anyone in their contacts ring through as before. An unknown caller is handed to Protect & Assist, which greets them, asks who they are and why they're calling, and connects them only after your loved one says yes. Setup uses your carrier's call forwarding, and the guided setup walks you through it. FOR THE FAMILY - A shared dashboard shows screened calls, transcripts, and anything flagged as a concern. - Add trusted callers so family, neighbors, and the doctor's office get through. - Medication reminders arrive on your loved one's phone as an alarm with two big buttons, "Yes, I took it" and "Not yet". If there's no answer, Protect & Assist may place a reminder call. Reminders can fail, and they aren't a medical record. - More than one family member can follow the same account. EVERYDAY HEALTH SUPPORT Protect & Assist can add appointments to a calendar, call to check on a medication, and surface possible medication interactions to raise with a doctor. It does not diagnose, does not provide medical advice, and does not replace a clinician. It is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call 911. PRIVACY Calls and transcripts belong to the account holder. Access is limited to the family members you authorize, and you can delete your account in the app under Settings.
