PREP: Meal Prep, Macro Tracker Live

One app for prepping meals, hitting your goals and achieving results 📅 PLAN THE WEEK Get your week sorted in a few taps. Pick the days you're prepping for, add the foods or recipes, done. 🍽️ PORTIONS Cook a batch, weigh it, enter the number. Your targets are already set, so PREP works out exactly how much goes in each container. - Two people eating from the same batch on different targets? Smart Split divides it proportionally so both land close to their own numbers. - Set a reserve and PREP holds a little back, so no one's last portion comes up short. 📖 RECIPES Build your own recipes, with a built-in converter to help when you need it. Pull foods from the curated library or add your own, weigh it, portion it, then log it. Happy with how it turned out? Share it. 📊 TRACKING Your day, grouped by meal, calories and macros logged against the targets you set. - Search the library, scan a barcode, or add your own food. - Missed a day? Go back and fill it in. - Targets are saved against the day they were set, so changing a goal later leaves earlier days as they were. 📈 TRENDS A graph of your progress: body measurements, macros over time, and how consistently you've logged. ✅ GOOD TO KNOW PREP is built around food you cook yourself, so it works best once you've added your own foods and recipes. The library is curated rather than enormous, there's no photo recognition, and no browsable collection of ready made recipes. No step counter, no water tracker, no workout log, nothing social. No ads, no public profiles, nothing sold to anyone. An internet connection is required. 🇪🇺 MADE IN EU Metric units throughout and a food library built around European staples and cooking habits. 💳 SUBSCRIPTION Open PREP without entering payment details. Creating an account starts 14 days of full access, free. Nothing is charged when the trial ends. After that, PREP continues as a monthly subscription, shown in Google Play before you buy. Manage or cancel any time in your Google Play account settings. Download PREP and start your 14-day free trial today.
