Nive: White Noise, Sleep Sound Live

Nive is a white noise and sleep sounds app, and a calm place made of sound. Layer rain, forest, ocean, fire and soft noise into a soundscape that is yours, then let the sleep timer fade it gently to silence as you fall asleep. Use it to sleep, focus, relax or block out noise, at home, while travelling, or completely offline. MIX YOUR OWN SOUNDSCAPE - Choose up to six sounds and play them together - Slide each sound softer or louder until the balance feels right - Place every sound on your left, right, in the centre or all around you - Decide how often birds call, fire crackles or thunder rolls - Save your mixes to your Library and come back to them any night RAIN SOUNDS, WHITE NOISE AND NATURE SOUNDS Rain on a window, heavy downpours, distant thunder, ocean waves, a calm shore, waterfalls, forest mornings, dawn birdsong, summer crickets, mountain wind and a crackling fireplace. White noise, pink noise and brown noise, a desk fan and a quiet café. Singing bowls, soft piano and wind chimes. Every sound loops seamlessly, so there is never a jarring restart. A SLEEP TIMER THAT FADES, NEVER CUTS A sudden stop is what wakes you. Sleep Mode lowers the volume a tiny amount every minute until the room is silent, then stops playback to save your battery. - Fade over 30 minutes to 8 hours - Choose a steady fade, or a late fade that holds the volume before easing out - Add 15 more minutes with one tap, right from your lock screen INSTAREST: CALM IN ONE TAP Ready-made mixes for the moments you don't want to build anything: Deep Sleep, Focus Boost, Stress Relief and Morning Calm. PLAY ON YOUR SPEAKER, TV OR ALEXA Send your mix to a Google Cast speaker, Chromecast, Google TV or an AirPlay speaker on your Wi-Fi, and your phone becomes the remote. Sleep Mode keeps fading the sound there too. Have an Echo? Link Alexa and say "Alexa, ask neev sounds to play Rain on Window." SPATIAL AUDIO With headphones, sounds sit around you instead of inside your head. Widen the stage or keep it close. LISTEN ANYWHERE, EVEN OFFLINE Download your favourite mixes and play them on a plane, in a cabin, or with Wi-Fi switched off for the night. Playback keeps going through calls and other interruptions. RECORD YOUR OWN SOUNDS Capture the rain on your balcony, morning birds or your own voice reading a bedtime story, and add it to any mix. Only you can hear your recordings. A BEDTIME NUDGE Pick your wind-down time and nive reminds you 30 minutes before, with your sleep mix ready to go. A night theme keeps the screen easy on your eyes, and a home screen widget starts your mix in one tap. A COMMUNITY WITHOUT THE NOISE Discover mixes made by other listeners and share yours when it feels right. Every shared mix is reviewed by our team before anyone else can play it. There are no comments, no messages and no followers, just the mix. NIVE PREMIUM Start with a 7-day free trial of Premium to unlock the full sound library and every new release, unlimited mixes and sound layers, offline downloads, Sleep Mode, spatial audio, sound variations and Alexa.
