Holey Mole: Skin Tracker Live

Holey Mole is a private skin journal that helps you photograph and organize moles and skin spots over time. Build a clear, dated history, compare your own photos and keep useful notes ready for your next appointment. DOCUMENT YOUR SKIN • Save dated close-up photos for each mole or skin spot • Mark an approximate location on a simple front-and-back body map • Add personal notes about what you observed • Keep separate profiles for family members COMPARE OVER TIME • View earlier and recent photos side by side • Drag the comparison slider across two dates • Use the previous photo as a framing guide when taking the next one • Keep unfinished observations safely on your device until you are ready to save BUILD A CONSISTENT ROUTINE • Choose a 14, 30, 60 or 90-day reminder • Work through every mole that is ready for a new photo • Skip a mole and return to it later without losing your place • Learn the ABCDEs and how to check hard-to-see areas in plain language PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your journal stays on your device by default. If you choose to sign in, your records can be backed up to your private account. Profile PINs help keep family journals separate. Photo privacy edits are non-destructive, so the original image is never overwritten. When you choose to share, Holey Mole can create a password-protected, expiring link to a mole's photos and notes for your healthcare professional. You control the link and can revoke it. IMPORTANT Holey Mole is a personal tracking and documentation tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, detect or assess skin cancer, melanoma or any other condition. It cannot tell you whether a mole is harmless or dangerous. If you notice a new or changing spot, itching or bleeding, or have any concern about your skin, contact a qualified healthcare professional promptly. Use Holey Mole to document and remember—never to delay professional care.
