Wie funktioniert der Mobile AuslieferungsManager? Die Softwarelösung Mobiler AuslieferungsManager (MAM) besteht aus einer zentralen Disposition (PC-Arbeitsplatz und Internet-Portal) und einer beliebigen Anzahl von intelligenten Endgeräten (Smartphones) für Ihre Monteure in den LKWs oder Servicefahrzeugen. Mittels modernster Internet- und Kommunikationstechnologie werden die benötigten Informationen sofort ausgetauscht. Über die Disposition werden Ihre Touren zentral perfekt gesteuert, kontrolliert, beauftragt und geplant. Sie haben kurze Reaktionszeiten und können auch kurzfristige Kundenwünsche direkt berücksichtigen und dem Fahrer mitteilen. Ein handelsüblicher PC-Arbeitsplatz mit Internetzugang in Ihrem Büro reicht dazu aus. Die Endgeräte des Mobilen AuslieferungsManagers halten alle notwendigen Informationen für den Fahrer bereit und aktualisieren diese vollautomatisch. Dadurch haben Ihre Monteure jederzeit alle Informationen dabei – von den aktuellen Aufträgen bis zu den Kunden- und Artikeldetails. Der Disponent weiß jederzeit, wo sich das Fahrzeug gerade befindet, welche Strecke gefahren wurde, wann eine bestimmte Tour beendet wurde und ob Besonderheiten (Stau) auftraten. Hightlights: Reklamationen Werden auf dem MAM-Endgerät Auftragspositionen als beschädigt markiert, wird beim Einlesen in die Warenwirtschaft automatisch eine vorerfasste Kundendienstposition (ECORO) bzw. eine Kundendienstmeldung (MHS) erzeugt, mit denen die Fotos bereits verknüpft sind, sodass diese direkt mit der Lieferantenbestellung verschickt werden können. Kassieren Das MAM-Endgerät dient auch als mobile Kasse, d.h. die Fahrer können Zahlungen per EC-Karte, Lastschrift, bar oder Scheck entgegennehmen. Diese Zahlungen werden beim Einlesen in die Warenwirtschaft automatisch auf den jeweiligen Kaufvertrag gebucht und können u.a. auch per SEPA-Lastschrift bei der Bank eingereicht werden. Weitere Möglichkeiten − alles in einem Gerät! • Digitaler Lieferschein mit Kundenunterschrift Lieferscheine sind in der Zentrale sofort verfügbar und können in PROXESS bzw. im ECORO Archiv abgelegt werden. Das manuelle Scannen der Lieferscheine entfällt. • Zentrales Steuern Die Fahrer sind jederzeit erreichbar. In einer Übersicht werden die Standorte der LKWs bzw. Servicefahrzeuge grafisch dargestellt. • Zeiten/Strecken Anhand der Auswertung von gefahrenen Zeiten und Strecken können die Planungen von Touren optimiert werden. • Kostenoptimierung Senkung von administrativen Kosten (Kraftstoff, Personal, Telefon). • Kein zusätzlicher Server Da es sich um eine internetbasierte Lösung handelt, die zentral gewartet und aktualisiert wird, benötigt man an Hardware lediglich Smartphones, die ggf. über Ihren Mobuílfunkvertrag vergünstigt zu bekommen sind. Inklusive Schnittstelle! Aus ECORO und MHS heraus werden der Kaufvertrag, die Artikeldaten sowie die Tourendaten der jeweils geplanten Tour an die MAM-Endgeräte übergeben. Nach erfolgter Auslieferung gehen über den Internet-Server alle abrechnungsrelevanten Daten zurück an die Warenwirtschaft (u. a. Lieferschein, Reklamationen, Fotos). Je nach Parametereinstellung kann der Auftrag automatisch auf ECORO- oder MHS-Seite abgerechnet werden. Über die Internet-Server-Schnittstelle erhält ECORO oder MHS ebenfalls einen digitalen Lieferschein zurück, der anschließend in PROXESS oder als PDF zur Verfügung steht. Im Fall von Beanstandungen werden vorerfasste Kunden-Positionen erzeugt, mit denen die Fotos bereits verknüpft sind.
