M&ELearn Live

M&ELearn is the mobile field companion to the Mnelearn web workspace. It helps programme teams collect information and review progress while working away from the office. Use your existing Mnelearn account and the access assigned by your organization to: • View assigned field visits and published forms. • Save survey drafts and completed records on your device. • Capture photo or voice evidence and record location when you grant permission. • Track uploads and retry records that need attention when connectivity returns. • Review submissions and check project progress, according to your role. • Protect access on your phone with an app PIN and supported biometric unlock. Plan projects, design forms, manage your team and prepare detailed reports in the web workspace. Mobile and web use the same organization and project records after successful synchronization. An internet connection is required for initial sign-in, downloading assignments, refreshing access and uploading completed work. Offline collection depends on previously downloaded assignments and valid saved access; some features need an internet connection. Check Sync before signing out or changing devices so work saved only on your phone is not lost. The app is intended for authorized programme staff and field teams. Available features depend on your organization, permissions and service plan.
