Full description
Quitting nicotine pouches isn't settled in a day. Nicless breaks the road into steps low enough to actually climb, and lets you set the pace. WHO IT'S FOR For anyone using nicotine pouches every day who wants to come down, without promising to quit tomorrow. Tobacco-free snus, pouches, nicopods: the app counts pouches and milligrams, not brands. It also helps after cigarettes or vaping, when the pouch was meant to be a step and stayed. YOU PLACE ONE, IT COUNTS One pouch, one tap. In the app, or from the home screen widget without opening anything. No field to fill, no extra screen: the counter moves, the confirmation shows, the phone goes back in your pocket. STRENGTH FIRST, COUNT SECOND You are never asked for two efforts at once. Your strength in milligrams steps down once you've held your week; the number of pouches stays put. When the strength bottoms out, the count takes over, down to zero on the date you choose. NUMBERS THAT DON'T LIE Three views — day, week, month — with real axes and real scales. A missed entry is recoverable: reopen any past day, adjust the total, and neither your streak nor your plan suffers for it. A day above the limit is drawn like every other day, no red: it's information, not a reproach. WHEN THE URGE SHOWS UP An SOS button, on every screen. It starts ninety seconds of guided breathing — in for four, hold for four, out for six — and it works with no signal, on the train as well as at your desk. WHAT IT GIVES BACK The money you didn't spend, converted into cans you no longer buy. The number of days held in a row. And the milestones where your body gains ground again, from twenty minutes to two weeks. WHAT'S FREE STAYS FREE The rule fits on one line: what you have without paying, you keep. Unlimited counter, day, week and month statistics, +1 widget, SOS breathing, export of your data. Nothing closes when the Premium trial ends. PREMIUM, IF YOU WANT IT Seven days to try, the price shown before any payment, cancelled in two taps from Google Play settings. What it adds: the stepped strength plan up to your quit date, SOS with a guiding voice, the hour-by-hour breakdown, advanced analysis (trend, risky hour, plan suggestions), the AI coach at any hour, your own milestones and a fuller widget. YOUR DATA STAYS PUT No account to create, no server behind it, no tracker, no advertising. Everything is written to a file on your phone, which you can export whenever you like. The only thing that leaves, if you turn on the AI coach (Premium), is your current conversation and a few totals — pouches today, streak, savings, trend. Never the detail. The rest works entirely offline. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO It stays a tracker: no guilt notifications, no leaderboard, no sharing. The app sells no pouches and no nicotine replacement, and connects you to no service. It does not set your quit date either: you set it, and you can move it as many times as you need. Nicless supports a decision to quit; it does not give medical advice. For that, talk to a health professional.
