أقوي وأفضل تطبيق لإدارة قوي البيع ومندوبي المبيعات والأول الذي يعمل عبر جميع أنواع المنصات (Android / IOS) وبثلاث لغات مختلفة (العربية والإنجليزية والفرنسية) وفي جميع شروط الإتصال (متصل بالإنترنت / غير متصل بالإنترنت) ويعمل التطبيق بشكل منفصل بدون الحاجة للإتصال ببرمجيات أخري أو يعمل بشكل متصل ومتزامن مع أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات وبرامج المحاسبة ويحتوي علي وحدة تحكم عصرية وقوية لمديري النظام. يستخدم لإدارة المبيعات وعمليات التوزيع ومندوبي المبيعات بشكل متكامل ويشمل الطلبيات وفواتير المبيعات والمرتجعات والتحصيلات بأنواعها المختلفة، مع دعم كامل لأنظمة التعرف علي الموقع والإشعارات وغيرها من خصائص الجوال ليكون البديل العصري للأجهزة الكفية لمندوبي المبيعات. يمكن للمديرين من متابعة أداء المندوبين والقيام بعمليات الموافقة (التعميد) أو الرفض علي الحركات والطلبات والخصومات بأنواعها والتي يطلبها فريق البيع وتتبع سير مبيعاتهم من خلال إشعارات لحظية وتقارير مفصلة وهوما يمنح أريحية في المعلومات للمسؤولين عن الشركات، والقدرة على اتخاذ ما يرونه من قرارات مناسبة سواء ما يخص تطوير العمل أو معالجة أوجه القصور. يعمل على تسهيل و تنظيم خطة ومستهدفات وحدود المندوبين فيما يخص أعمال التوزيع، مع التنظيم الخططي لمهام زيارات العملاء وتقييمهم، وبطريقة منهجية مع التحذيرات والإشعارات المختلفة، وبعيدًا عن العشوائية فى عملية توزيع المنتجات. يتوافق النظام مع العديد من الطابعات ويمكن الطباعة للحركات المختلفة مثل (فواتير المبيعات والمرتجعات والمقبوضات بكل سهولة ودقة بمقاسات مختلفة وإمكانية تصميم نماذج مخصصة للطباعة حسب الحاجة وفي نفس الوقت يتم استخدام كاميرا الهاتف في قراءة باركود الأصناف وكذا كود العملاء. يوفر التطبيق الوصول للعملاء من خلال الخرائط ويعمل النظام في جميع الحالات وحتي إذا لم تتواجد خدمة الإنترنت أو إنقطعت لأي سبب من الأسباب يتم التشغيل مباشرة في وضع "عدم الإتصال" ويمكن تسجيل الحركات والعملاء وترحل مباشرة إلى خادم النظام حال توفر الانترنت. أهم وظائف وخصائص التطبيق: - ملفات العملاء: إضافة جميع تفاصيل بيانات العملاء شاملة الموقع علي الخريطة واصدار تقارير مفصلة عن حساب كل عميل وكذا عن الفواتير وحركات المبيعات والسداد. - الطلبيات: إضافة طلبيات وإحتياجات العميل ومواعيدها وتحويل الطلبيات الي فواتير مع إمكانية تسجيل الكميات المتاحة في مخزون العميل. - المبيعات والمرتجعات: إصدار فواتير المبيعات النقدية والآجلة طبقا لحدود الإئتمان للعملاء وطباعتها بالنماذج واللغات المختلفة مع بيان موقف السداد لكل فواتير ومعرفة عمر الدين لكل حركة بيع، ويمكن التعامل مع المرتجعات علي حسب الفاتورة او علي مستوي العميل. - الخصومات: يسمح النظام بتطبيق الخصومات بعدة طرق حسب النظم المسجلة للعميل سواء كانت الخصومات علي مستوي الكميات (البوانص) آو تعجيل السداد أو مذكرات الخصم. - السداد: يمكن تسجيل السداد بطرق مختلفة إما نقدا أو بشيكات أو سندات أمر وغيرها من الطرق ويعطي التطبيق إشعارات بمواعيد السداد والحركات والمبالغ المستحقة - الزيارات الإيجابية والسلبية: يمكن تسجيل الزيارات لكل عميل وما تم ويقوم التطبيق بتسجيل المواقع المختلفة للعمليات - التصديقات والإشعارات: يمكن للمشرفين التصديق علي الحركات (مثل الفواتير الأجلة وإشعارات الخصم وغيرها) بحسب إعدادات كل مستخدم ويكون الطلب علي هيئة إشعارات مباشرة للمشرف من خلال Push notification ومن خلالها يمكن للمشرف مباشرة إتخاذ قرار الموافقة أو الرفض، يمكن أيضا للمشرفين إرسال إشعارات مباشرة إلي فريق عملهم (مرؤسيهم) من خلال التطبيق. - العديد من المزايا المختلفة والتي تخدم العملية البيعية للمزيد من المعلومات حول التطبيق يمكنك مراجعة صفحة التطبيق عبر الرابط: http://mestsoft.com/برنامج-مبيعات.html عزيزي المستخدم: جميع تطبيقاتنا الموجودة علي المتاجر تستخدم أحدث تقنيات الذكاء الإصطناعي ونحن لانقوم بعمليات التتبع اللحظي للموقع وتقتصر عملية تسجيل موقعك علي اللحظة التي تقوم فيها بتسجيل البيان داخل التطبيق ولا نقوم بتتبع موقعك طوال الوقت، إن هذا التطبيق آمن تماما ونحن نحمي خصوصيتك. نحن قد نقدم تطبيقات أخري مخصصة للتتبع اللحظي لكنها لاتكون موجودة علي متاجر التطبيقات بل يتم تنصيبها علي الأجهزة للمزيد من المعلومات وللاطلاع علي الأسئلة الشائعة وكيفية الاشتراك يمكنك مراجعة صفحة الأسئلة الشائعة: http://mestsoft.com/faq-se.html
