SOLVING AND ALGEBRA The equation solver is an algebra calculator with steps that handles everything from linear and quadratic equations up to degree-10 polynomials. There is an inequality calculator that draws its answers on a number line, a systems of equations tool that solves up to 6 variables using Gaussian elimination, and a simplify and factor tool that expands, combines like terms and factors polynomials, decimals included. An absolute value tool with full branch analysis and an expression evaluator round things out. CALCULATOR AND GRAPHS The scientific calculator works with exact fractions instead of rounding everything off. Type 0.75 and it will happily work with 3/4. Trig, logs, roots, powers and variables are all there, plus 8 color themes if the classic look bores you. FRACTIONS, RATIOS AND CONVERSIONS The fraction calculator takes fractions, mixed numbers or plain decimals and shows every result with visual bar models. It doubles as a decimal to fraction calculator and a fraction to decimal converter, and it can simplify fractions in one tap. The ratio calculator is a simple ratio solver: it reduces 12:18 to 2:3, compares ratios, and solves proportions like 3:4 = x:20, which also makes it handy as an aspect ratio or proportion calculator. The unit converter covers everyday metric conversion, from mm to inch and meters to ft through kilograms, pounds, Celsius and Fahrenheit, plus time, speed, area, volume, data, pressure, energy and angle. NUMBERS AND PATTERNS For number work there is a least common multiple calculator that finds the LCM and GCD (also labelled HCF or GCF, depending on where you went to school) with the Euclidean algorithm written out in full. A prime factorization calculator tests primality and lists divisors.
