Grâce à l’annuaire issu des recommandations des patients et des associations de patients de Mapatho, vous pouvez trouver et transmettre à vos patients des noms et des coordonnées de professionnels experts de pathologies chroniques. - De vous référencer en tant que professionnel de santé prenant en charge une pathologie chronique. - D’accéder à la base de données officielles des professionnels de santé en quelques clics. - D’accéder à des ressources sur les pathologies chroniques. - De recommander un soignant ou une ressource pour les partager avec la communauté Mapatho Pro. Nous validons toutes les recommandations en interne avant leurs publications sur Mapatho Pro. L’authentification au service Mapatho Pro se fait via le système Prosanté Connect. Ce système permet aux professionnels de s’authentifier avec une e-CPS (application mobile) ou avec une carte CPS physique.
