Lyaxis Check Live

Lyaxis Check: Professional Auditing & Blueprint Mapping Elevate your Gemba walks and site inspections with Lyaxis Check, the professional auditing tool designed to eliminate waste (Muda) and bring visual clarity to your continuous improvement (Kaizen) process. Lyaxis Check is built for auditors, site managers, and quality professionals who need to move beyond paper checklists and manual report formatting. Generate professional, branded PDF reports instantly from the field. KEY FEATURES: Precision Blueprint Mapping: Don’t just mark an issue—show exactly where it is. Upload site plans (PDF or Image) and place red pins at the precise physical coordinates of any offense or observation. Visual Evidence: Attach multiple high-resolution photos to any audit item to provide undeniable proof and context for your findings. Smart Voice-to-Text: Keep your eyes on the site, not your keyboard. Use integrated voice commands to record notes and observations quickly. Instant Professional PDF Reports: Generate comprehensive reports including a summary dashboard, color-coded scoring, a map overview of all pins, and detailed task-by-task evidence. Automated Scoring: Get real-time feedback with a dynamic scoring engine. Visual color-coding (Green/Orange/Red) helps you prioritize immediate actions. Section-Specific Layouts: Assign unique drawings to specific audit categories (e.g., a specific floor plan for a specific room) for granular detail. Lean-Focused Workflow: Designed to follow Lean principles, reducing the time spent on administrative "over-processing" and focusing on value-added improvements. WHO IS LYAXIS CHECK FOR? Manufacturing: Lean managers performing Gemba walks and 5S audits. Construction: Site supervisors managing punch lists and safety inspections. Health & Safety: Officers documenting hazards with precise locations. Facility Management: Maintenance crews tracking repairs across large sites.
