KURO: AI Fitness Coach Live

KURO is an AI fitness coach built for how India eats and trains. Say what you ate — in Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi or Gujarati — and it becomes calories and protein in seconds. Dal, roti, paneer, poha and thali are recognised without hunting through a food database for the closest American approximation. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Log meals by voice, by photo, or by typing • Track calories, protein, carbs and fat against targets built from your own height, weight, age and goal • Log workouts set by set, with an exercise library and form guidance • Hold a streak — it counts any real day of training or eating well, not just gym days • Ask the coach anything and get an answer that remembers what you told it last week, not a generic tip • Watch progress with weight trends, personal records, XP and badges THE COACH REMEMBERS Most fitness apps forget you between sessions. KURO keeps a memory of your preferences, your usual meals, your injuries and what has actually worked, and uses it. You can read that memory, edit it, and delete any part of it whenever you like. FOR TRAINERS AND GYMS Coaches can run their client roster inside KURO: assign programs, schedule sessions, message clients and see who has gone quiet before they cancel. Gym owners get members, classes, trainers and revenue in one place. Clients and members use KURO free. PRICING Free forever: 10 AI messages a day and unlimited logging.
