Full description

ChillCommit is the app for people who love cold water and hot saunas – and want to keep at it. Log every ice bath, cold plunge, winter swim and sauna session, watch the minutes add up, and find people near you to dip with. BUILT AROUND 11/57 Research on cold and heat exposure points to a simple weekly target: about 11 minutes of cold and 57 minutes of heat, spread across the week. ChillCommit tracks both and shows how close you are, every week. TRACK EVERY SESSION • Timers for cold, heat and contrast sessions – countdown, stopwatch, or cold and heat back to back • Log a session after the fact in seconds • Streaks, stats, a calendar and badges that show how far you've come • A Sunday summary of your week's cold and heat minutes • Sync sessions from your Garmin watch (Pro) FIND YOUR PEOPLE • Join or start a local ice bathing group, with its own chat, shared photo album and leaderboard • Set a group dip to repeat every week or two – everyone who's going gets told if plans change • Create and find public dips near you • Add friends and follow each other's progress CHECK THE WATER BEFORE YOU GO IN • Latest water temperatures from bathing spots across Norway (Yr + community), plus estimates for Sweden, Denmark, Germany and England MADE FOR REAL LIFE • Simple, focused design that stays out of your way • In English, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, German and Spanish • Sign in with Google or Apple – no password needed • Import and export your history as CSV (import: Pro) ChillCommit isn't about perfection. It's about showing up, stepping in, and committing to the chill.
