Reads RFID data from Juniper Systems MESA3's thing magic rfid scanner then sends it to the IntelaTrac API app. Also starts IntelaTrac API app and Mobile IntelaTrac app.

What's new

Two changes. #1) The app now waits 5 seconds after launching RFID API. This allows it to see see the low level things like usb port while in forground #2) Added buttons to launch rfid api, intelatrac api, Intelatrac mobile
