InstilPlay Admin Live

InstilPlay Admin is the day-to-day management app for sports academy owners and their operations staff. Batches, students, coaches, attendance, fees and facilities — all in one place, on your phone. Built for academies that are tired of running on spreadsheets, notebooks and group chats. YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE See today's sessions the moment you open the app — who is scheduled, which coach is assigned, and what still needs your attention. Mark a session sheet in seconds, or close out attendance for the day. BATCHES AND SCHEDULING Create batches with days, timings, levels and fees. Track capacity and open seats, see which batches are near full and which are running empty, and assign coaches to sessions. STUDENTS Add students, enrol them into one or more batches, and keep profiles, contact details and history in one record. Filter your roster by batch, level, status or payment state. ATTENDANCE Mark student attendance per session — present, absent, late or on leave. Track coach attendance separately. Review attendance rates over time instead of guessing who has stopped showing up. FEES AND PLANS Set up fee plans per sport and batch. See paid, pending and overdue at a glance, and follow up on outstanding payments before they age. COACHES Maintain your coaching staff, their rates and experience, review coach applications, and see who is assigned and who is free. ENQUIRIES Capture walk-in and phone enquiries, keep them in one list, and follow them through to enrolment so no prospective student is forgotten. FACILITIES AND RESOURCES Track grounds, courts and equipment, and manage bookings so two batches never end up on the same court. MESSAGES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS Send announcements to a batch or the whole academy, and keep conversations with parents and coaches in one thread. TEAM ACCESS Add operations admins with their own logins so your front desk can run the day without handing over your account. WHO IT'S FOR Academy owners, academy administrators and operations staff.
