immot Live

Immot shows you what is happening next to you, right now. Discounts, new stock, something expiring today, events — the announcements of shops in your area, in one list, ordered by distance. The nearest at the top, rather than whatever sits on the other side of the city. For customers Follow the shops and places you go to most, and their new offers arrive as a notification. If you have a question, message the shop directly from the app. After a visit, leave a review and a rating. No sign-up required. The app works from the first launch. Notifications on your terms One notification too many does harm, so the settings stay with you. Radius: 100 to 2000 metres Categories: only what interests you Daily limit: up to 50, or none at all Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00 by default For businesses Register your shop in a few minutes and announce a discount or new stock within a radius you choose. An AI assistant can help write the text or prepare an image. The dashboard shows how many people are in your area right now, and the pattern of footfall by day and by hour. When the area gets busy, the app reminds you that it is a good moment to post. Your first ten announcements are free. Privacy Your precise location is never shown to another user. A shop sees only a number — how many people are nearby — with no identities attached. Location data is kept for 30 minutes, then deleted automatically. No ads. No advertising identifier. We do not sell your data. Available in Armenian, Russian and English. Places and addresses come from OpenStreetMap.
