Imara Pass

Imara Pass gives you access to a network of partner gyms, paid for by your employer. There are no cards to carry and no sign-up forms at the front desk: you scan the gym's QR code with the app to check in. FIND A GYM • Browse every partner gym included in your membership • Sort by distance with "Near me" (your location stays on your phone) • Filter by amenities such as pool, sauna, classes or parking • See opening hours, photos, ratings from other members and the weekly class timetable CHECK IN IN SECONDS • Scan the QR code at reception to start your session • End your session when you leave, or let it close automatically • Rate your visit to help colleagues pick a gym TRACK YOUR PROGRESS • Workouts and minutes trained this month and all time • An eight-week activity chart and your weekly streak • Your favourite gym and full visit history STAY ON TRACK • Set weekly workout reminders on your phone • Get notified before your membership expires and when new gyms join your plan YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL • Request a copy of your data or delete your account from Profile • Imara Pass never collects your GPS location, contacts or advertising ID Imara Pass is a workplace benefit. Your account is created by your employer, and you sign in with the details in your welcome email. If your organisation does not offer Imara Pass yet, ask your HR team to get in touch with Imara Concepts.
