'약이랑'은 보건복지부 R&D 과제로 개발된 의료진과 환자의 안전한 약물 사용을 도와주는 임상의사결정지원(CDSS) 시스템이에요. ► 보건복지부 R&D 과제 참여 의료 현장의 실제 요구사항을 반영하여 개발된 신뢰할 수 있는 의료 정보 시스템이에요. 참여 의료기관: 강북삼성병원, 충북대학교병원, 국민건강보험공단일산병원과 함께 개발했어요. ► 신뢰할 수 있는 의약품 정보 검색 약학정보원 API를 통해 정확하고 최신의 의약품 정보를 제공해요. 약 이름만 검색하면 제품 이미지, 제조사, 성분 정보까지 한눈에 확인할 수 있어서 안전한 복약을 도와드려요. ► 나만의 약물 안전 카드로 위험 요소 관리 개인별 알레르기 이력과 부작용 정보를 바탕으로 금기, 주의, 복용가능 성분을 구분해서 보여드려요. 의료진 소견까지 포함된 안전 카드로 어떤 약물이 나에게 안전한지 쉽게 확인할 수 있어요. ► 맞춤형 복약지도문 확인 및 관리 처방받은 약물에 대한 복약 지침과 주의사항이 정리된 복약지도문을 확인할 수 있어요. 언제든 확인할 수 있도록 저장하고 관리해서 올바른 복약 습관을 유지할 수 있도록 도와드려요. ► 개인 복약 이력 및 건강 정보 관리 처방 내역을 업로드하고 복약 알람을 설정해서 꾸준한 복약을 도와드려요. 진료 기록과 복약 부작용도 함께 관리할 수 있어요. 안전하고 효과적인 약물 치료를 위한 필수 도구예요.
