Hourcut is the workout app that won't let your rest turn into scrolling. Between every set there's dead time—you pick up your phone, and five minutes disappear. Hourcut starts your rest timer the moment you finish a set and nudges you the instant it's up. Even on the lock screen, a nudge ladder brings you back: rest's over, then +30s, then +60s—so you move when it's time, not whenever you look up. GUIDED CARDIO PROGRAMS Follow a plan, one day at a time—running, walking, stair climber, and elliptical, from beginner to advanced (1–4 weeks). Every session opens with a curriculum preview, so you see exactly how far and how fast before you start. Self-paced: a rest day is always fine—no streaks, no guilt.
