Hey32 is how families keep in touch with their orthodontic clinic between appointments. Your clinic invites you, you sign in with a code sent to the mobile number or email address they already have for you, and everything to do with your child's treatment is in one place. WHAT IS IN IT Where your treatment is up to. The stages your clinic has recorded, and how long you have been in treatment, written the way the team would explain it at the chair. Your documents. The treatment plan and the signed agreement, ready to open or save whenever you need them, rather than buried in an email from months ago. Messages. A direct line to your clinic, with photos, video or a voice note if that says it better than typing. Your clinic sees it in their queue and answers you in the same conversation. Your next visit. When you are next in, at which of your clinic's locations, and anything the team wants you to know before you arrive. Appointment changes. Ask to move an appointment by saying which days suit you and whether you would rather morning or afternoon. The front desk comes back to you. Smile Checks. When your clinic asks for photos between visits, you take them with a guided camera that shows you what each one should look like. Guides. Short pieces written by your own clinic, on braces, aligners, retainers, and looking after teeth while treatment is under way. Notifications. Turn them on and your phone tells you when your clinic has replied or something is waiting. HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS LOOKED AFTER Nothing here is sold, and nothing is used for advertising. What you write to your clinic is encrypted before it is stored. Only you and the staff at your own clinic can see any of it, and a clinic using the same app cannot see another clinic's families. Card and bank details never go through the app. You can close your account from inside it, under Your account, and ask your clinic to delete your information.
