Shift Live

Shift connects riders who need to get somewhere with drivers ready to take them there. Whether you're heading across town or looking to earn on your own schedule, Shift keeps the experience simple, transparent, and secure. For Riders - Request a ride in seconds — set your pickup and destination, and get matched with a nearby driver right away. - Watch your driver approach in real time on the map, with a live ETA that updates as they get closer. - See turn-by-turn trip progress the entire way to your destination — no guessing whether you're on the right route. - Pay seamlessly in-app with Stripe. Your card is charged automatically when the trip ends — no cash, no fumbling at drop-off. - Reach support directly from the app with rider-specific help routing, so questions get to the right team on the first try. For Drivers - Go online when you want to work, go offline when you don't. Shift respects your schedule. - Get matched with nearby ride requests the moment you're available. - Built-in navigation gets you to the pickup and then to the destination without switching apps. - Photograph and upload your license, insurance, registration, and background check documents right from the app during onboarding. - Track your trips and earnings clearly, with in-app support routed to a driver help team that understands what you're dealing with on the road. Getting started Sign up as a rider in under a minute — email or Apple sign-in, add a payment method, and you're ready to ride. Drivers complete a short verification flow (documents + background check) before going online for the first time. Shift is built by a small team that thinks rideshare should be simple, fair to drivers, and pleasant for riders. Try it and see the difference.
