Pay Bills – Make one-time bill payments to billers you have entered in Online Banking. Send Money with PopMoney – The new way to send money simply, securely, to almost anyone in minutes. Security – With FSB’s security & privacy, you can be confident that your personal and financial information will be protected while using Mobile Banking. First State Bank Shannon-Polo Mobile Banking is free to download, but data charges from your cellular service provider may apply.
