My Projects: Clients & Hours Live

Track your projects. Know exactly who still owes you. When you work for yourself the hard part is never the work. It is remembering what you delivered, to whom, for how much, and whether they have actually paid you. Freetally keeps all of it in one list. HOW IT WORKS • Create a project: which platform or client it is for, what it pays, when it is due. • Charge a flat rate, by the hour or by the task. The app does the maths. • Move it along: in progress, delivered, paid. • And the part that matters: see at a glance how much you are still owed, and how many days you have been waiting for each payment. WHO OWES YOU, WITHOUT DIGGING THROUGH EMAIL "You have been waiting 34 days for this payment." That is what the app tells you, with no scrolling back through old messages. Late clients stop being a feeling and become a number. YOUR HOURS, COUNTED Log the hours on each project and set your rate. The app multiplies and shows what you actually earned, not what you assumed. YOUR MONTH AT A GLANCE • How much you have been paid this month • How much is still outstanding • How far you are from your monthly goal • A total for each platform or client, so you can see which ones are worth it • A calendar where every day takes the colour of your projects' status NO ACCOUNTS. NO CLOUD. NO ADS. WORKS OFFLINE. No sign-up, no email, no password. Your money data never leaves your phone, because there is no server to keep it on. Lock the app with your fingerprint or a PIN, and download a backup whenever you like so you lose nothing when you change phones. And when tax time comes, export everything to a file you can open in Excel. FREE, WITH ONE OPTIONAL PAYMENT Start free with your active projects. If you need more, there is a single payment — once, forever, never a subscription — which unlocks unlimited projects, automatic backup and export. WHO IT IS FOR Freelancers, gig workers and anyone paid per job: translators, designers, proofreaders, people working micro-task platforms, or anyone running a side hustle alongside their main work. WHO IT IS NOT FOR It does not create invoices, it does not connect to your bank and it is not accounting software. It does one thing: it tells you what you did, who owes you, and what you earned.
