Party Planit Live

The efficient-minded easy-to-use Party Planit app is the marketplace for event planners to meet event vendors and vice versa. If you are an event planner, or just planning an event, simply sign up by providing your name, location, and contact information and then click on the “Create Event” button to enter your event details. Once you’ve created your event, you can peruse the ‘Planit’ which consists of many different categories of vendors, such as Photographers and Caterers, with each category providing the digital storefronts of the vendors from within your geographical area. Once you’ve selected a vendor, you can chat directly, share logistical needs, and begin the quoting process. Conveniently, Party Planit offers a dashboard where you can track the progress on your event, including updates from vendors. You can also refer to past events to review vendors you previously used. Accommodatingly, if you are seeking a quick find not related to an event, you can click directly on the Event Planit button for a time-saving search. On the Vendor side, after setting up your profile you’ll begin building your digital storefront by registering your name, business category, location, website, and links to your social media pages. There’s also an About section where you can offer a brief description of your services and upload photos and videos of your work. Vendors will also have a dashboard where you can view parties booked or in the quoting stage and other ongoing activities. The dashboard page will also provide analytics to track your store’s performance. You can also customize your storefront by selecting different color palettes and fonts. Party Planit is the creation of seasoned freelance marketer and event planner Rebekah Collins, who states, “I saw the need to plan my events in a trackable, organized, and efficient way while offering local businesses a platform to advertise their goods and services.
