CAPTURE IT HOWEVER THE MOMENT ALLOWS • Speak it — voice to text dictation turns what you say into a note you can read, not audio you will never play back. • Type it — a plain notepad for the meeting, the ward round, the shop counter, the train. The running list for a client, a shift, a trip — dictate into it on Monday, add two lines on Thursday, and it is still one note. KEEP THE TAGS FROM GETTING MESSY Tags pile up: "client" and "clients", "followup" and "follow-up". Manage Tags renames a tag across every note at once, merges two tags into one, and points out the pairs that look like the same tag typed twice. NO ACCOUNT. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE.
