Melalui platform ini, pengguna dapat dengan mudah mengakses koleksi buku digital, dokumen referensi, modul pelatihan, jurnal ilmiah, serta sumber-sumber pengetahuan lainnya yang relevan dengan pengembangan SDM dan kebijakan publik. e-Pustaka dikembangkan sebagai bagian dari transformasi digital BPSDM Kaltim menuju pelayanan berbasis teknologi informasi yang inovatif, inklusif, dan berorientasi pada kualitas SDM pemerintahan.
