Full description

PallasMark is the companion app for warehouse and fulfillment staff using the PallasMark platform. Before a package ships, you record a short video or photo of what's inside. If a customer later says the item arrived empty, damaged, or different from what was ordered, that recording is the evidence. How it works: 1. Scan the order's barcode or find it in your task list 2. Record a video or photo of the package 3. Send it to the customer for approval, or mark it shipped 4. If a customer disputes an order, review the recording and take the appropriate action Built for the warehouse floor: - Scan, record, and continue without keeping a browser tab open - Recordings upload in the background and retry after connection interruptions - See which orders still need evidence with clear counts and filters - Use PallasMark in English, Turkish, Spanish, French, Arabic, Hindi, and Chinese You'll need an existing PallasMark account to sign in. New accounts are created on pallasmark.com.

What's new

Barcode scanning across connected stores is faster and more reliable. Camera recovery, photo and video capture, uploads, and evidence completion have also been improved.
