DiamondMetriq: Baseball IQ

DiamondMetriq is a standardized baseball IQ assessment platform built for high school and travel baseball coaches. Stop guessing which players understand the game — start measuring it. FOR COACHES Assign assessments to your entire roster in seconds. Players take them on their phone, and results are automatically organized by player and by category. You decide when to release results — review them first and use the reveal as a teaching moment. Track your team's baseball IQ over time with progress reports, category breakdowns, and practice priorities. See who's improving, who needs the most work, and where your team consistently struggles, so every practice has a purpose. Build a Team IQ Playbook tailored to your system. Add your own questions on top of the core banks so assessments reflect exactly how you teach the game. FOR PLAYERS Take assessments assigned by your coach and get feedback across five key areas of baseball knowledge: Offensive Situational IQ, Baserunning IQ, Defensive Situational IQ, Pitching IQ, and Mental/Competitive IQ. Once your coach releases results, review every question — see what you got right, what you missed, and the coaching principle behind each answer. Track your improvement over time and identify your strengths. TRYOUT MODE Running tryouts? Generate a QR code that candidates scan to take an assessment on their own device — no app download, no account required. See ranked results by graduation class or score, and promote standouts straight to your roster. FIVE CATEGORIES, ONE SCORE Every assessment measures the parts of the game that don't show up in a radar gun reading: Offensive Situational IQ — counts, approach, situational hitting Baserunning IQ — reads, jumps, advancing decisions Defensive Situational IQ — positioning, cutoffs, game situations Pitching IQ — sequencing, fielding, holding runners Mental/Competitive IQ — focus, composure, competitiveness BUILT FOR PROGRAMS OF ANY SIZE From a single high school team to a full travel ball organization with multiple teams and coaches, DiamondMetriq scales with you. Org administrators get an aggregate view across the entire program; head coaches and assistants manage their assigned teams and rosters. WHY DIAMONDMETRIQ Talent gets measured constantly — velocity, exit velo, pop time. Baseball IQ rarely does, even though it decides games. DiamondMetriq gives coaches a repeatable way to measure player development, build it, and prove it improved. Winners Win.
