Zinga AI Live

Never miss another customer call. Zinga is the mobile companion for your AI receptionist. It answers your business calls when you can't — then everything it captures lands straight in your pocket. Whether you're under a car, on a job site, or showing a property, you'll know the moment a customer calls, a job gets booked, or a lead comes in. SEE EVERY CALL Every call your AI receptionist handles appears in the app. Read the full transcript, get a plain-English summary of what the caller wanted, and listen back to the recording — so you always know exactly what was said. JOBS, LEADS AND REQUESTS — SORTED Your receptionist doesn't just take messages. It captures real work: • Jobs booked, with the customer, address, service and time • Enquiries and quote requests • Maintenance requests and tenant issues • Cancellations, flagged before they cost you Everything arrives organised and ready to action. INSTANT PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Get alerted the second something needs you: • A new job is booked • A lead or enquiry comes in • A call is missed • An urgent job needs accepting Tap the notification and go straight to the details. No hunting. CALL BACK IN ONE TAP Every customer's number is one tap from dialling. See their full history — past calls, jobs and notes — before you pick up the phone. YOUR CUSTOMERS, BUILT AUTOMATICALLY Your contact list builds itself from real calls. Names, numbers, addresses and notes, all in one place, without you typing a thing. RUN MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS? Switch between businesses in a tap. Each one keeps its own calls, jobs and notifications. BUILT FOR AUSTRALIAN BUSINESSES Zinga is made for tradies, locksmiths, property managers and service businesses who are on the tools, not at a desk. WHAT YOU NEED Zinga works with an active Realcall account. Your AI receptionist answers the calls; this app is how you stay on top of them.
