CTIT HR is a workplace HR app for managing attendance and internal employee communication. Core features: • Check-in / check-out and workday attendance tracking • Internal chat between employees and teams • In-app voice and video VoIP calls for instant work communication — a core part of the app • During an active call, a clear ongoing notification stays visible so audio continues when you leave the app or lock the screen. You can end the call anytime from the notification or the call screen • Screen sharing during a video call when needed, only after Android system consent, with a visible notification for the full share session and the option to stop anytime • Work alerts and incoming call notifications Foreground services are used only while a call or screen share is active, are started by the user (or clearly visible to the user), and stop when the session ends. Location check-in does not use a background foreground service. CTIT HR is intended for organization employees and brings HR tasks and internal communication into one place.
