Creco Accounts brings your company's credit card statements, invoices, approvals and reimbursements into one workspace. Transactions are listed line by line, invoices are attached to the transaction they belong to, and finance reviews, approves and records payment from the same screen. CARDS AND STATEMENTS Add and manage company cards, upload a statement file for a card, and view its statements month by month. The original statement file stays available for download, so the source document is never more than a tap away. TRANSACTIONS View every transaction with merchant, date, amount and category. Search by merchant, category, date or amount. Filter by category or by invoice status. Change a category on a single transaction or on several at once, and manage your own category list. Mark a spend as personal so it is excluded from company reimbursement. APPROVALS AND PAYMENT Submit a statement for approval once the required invoices are in place. Record payment with a reference number and one or more payment screenshots, or record a payment made without invoices when your policy allows it. Reset an approval when a statement needs another look. DASHBOARD Track spend for the selected period, pending reimbursement, open statements and missing invoice value. See spend by category, entity, person and card, alongside monthly trend, reimbursement ageing, invoice compliance and a foreign currency markup breakdown. Change the period and entity, and group by entity or by user. ACCESS CONTROL Separate view, add, edit, delete and download rights per module across accounts, statements, invoices, settings and dashboards, so each person sees and does only what their role requires. MULTIPLE ENTITIES AND CARDS Work across several companies and many cards. Filter to a single entity or view all of them together, and switch between your own cards and all cards.
