Full description
Your smartphone. Your rules. D-Doc helps you manage digital distractions more consciously and use your smartphone more on your own terms. Everything in one place. Sometimes too much at once. Our smartphones are incredibly practical. Music, messages, calendar, health, workouts, meditation, work, and entertainment — everything is in one place. That is exactly what makes them so useful. And sometimes, exactly what makes them so challenging. Because often, you only want to use one specific app — and suddenly you find yourself back in messages, social media, news, or some other app that pulls you out of the moment. Context-based modes for your everyday life D-Doc helps you use your smartphone based on the situation you are in. You decide which apps are truly helpful in a specific moment — and which ones are allowed to pause for a while. With D-Doc, you can create individual modes for different everyday situations, such as focus time, meetings, meals, quiet moments, mornings, workouts, or evenings. You decide which apps or notifications are paused, so you are interrupted less and can do exactly what you intended to do. Examples Morning Mode For example, you can set up a Morning Mode where you consciously use only selected apps — such as your music app, a health tracker, or a meditation app like Wavezz. Everything else stays paused, so you do not start your day immediately with messages, social media, or other digital stimuli. Workout Mode For your training, you can create a Workout Mode where only the things that truly support you remain active — for example, your workout tracker, your music app, a timer, or a health tracker. Everything else stays paused and only becomes active again when you choose. Focus Mode For concentrated work, you can use a Focus Mode. For example, your calendar, notes, to-do apps, timers, or calm music can remain available. Key Features Individual modes for mornings, focus time, workouts, meetings, meals, evening routines, and more Conscious pausing of apps and notifications More focus during work, training, and everyday situations Less digital overstimulation More mindful screen time More calm, presence, and control in the way you use your smartphone D-Doc can help you: • reduce digital noise • protect your focus • build healthier screen habits • support a better balance between work and life • be more present in important moments • create simple digital routines for your everyday life • keep important tools and contacts available More focus. Fewer digital distractions. The app supports you in reducing digital stimuli, shaping your screen time more consciously, and creating more calm, focus, and presence in everyday life. D-Doc is made for people who do not want to demonize their phone, but want to use it more consciously — without constantly having to rely on willpower alone. Whether you are working, training, having a conversation, eating, starting your morning, or winding down before sleep: D-Doc helps you reduce digital distraction and create more space for what truly matters in the moment. Your time. Your focus. Your life. On your terms. How D-Doc works To pause or block apps and notifications while a mode is active, D-Doc uses Android's Accessibility Service. This lets D-Doc detect which app is currently open on your screen, so it can enforce your chosen mode — for example, returning you to the Home screen when a paused app is opened. D-Doc does not read, record, or collect the content of other apps, your messages, or any personal data. It only checks the name of the app currently in the foreground to apply the restrictions you set up. Note: Available features may vary depending on the device, operating system, and system-related limitations. Some native phone functions may remain available depending on the platform.
