TurnSnap: Turnover Photos Live

TurnSnap is a turnover proof tool for short-let cleaners, Airbnb co-hosts, and end-of-tenancy cleaners. Capture before and after photos of every job with a timestamp and approximate GPS pin. TurnSnap generates a branded PDF report and JPEG strip you can WhatsApp to your host in seconds, with your own payment link embedded so the host can pay you the same day. WHAT IT DOES • Before / after photo capture with timestamp and approximate GPS • Per-property workflow with reusable host details • Branded PDF report and JPEG strip for WhatsApp • Optional QR code linking to your own payment URL (Stripe, SumUp, PayPal, Revolut, Wise — paste any link) • Voice memo notes per job for hands-free note-taking • Airbnb iCal sync to auto-schedule turnovers from your calendar • Append-only event log so every photo and status change is recorded • Optional cloud backup for Solo subscribers • Optional Team workspace for cleaning businesses with up to 5 workers • EXIF GPS strip on by default to protect client addresses • Offline-first — the app works without a signal, syncs when you reconnect WHO IT IS FOR • Independent short-let cleaners working multiple properties a week • Airbnb co-hosts who manage cleaners and need turnover proof for hosts • End-of-tenancy cleaners producing inventory-style reports • Small cleaning businesses with a few workers who want one shared workspace PRICING TurnSnap is a paid app with a 14-day full-access trial on first install. After the trial: • Solo — £6.99 / month or £59 / year • Team — £14.99 / month or £129 / year (up to 5 workers, one workspace) DATA AND PRIVACY Your data lives on your device first. Cloud backup is opt-in. If you enable it, photos and reports sync to Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage in europe-west2 (London). You can delete your account and all backed-up data from Settings; deletion cascades within 90 days. What TurnSnap is not: it is not a chartered property inspection, not a regulated inventory clerk service, and not a forensic chain-of-custody. It is a record-keeping tool that reduces dispute risk between cleaners and hosts — it does not remove it. Contact: [email protected]
