3cket Staff é a app que transforma o teu device no ponto de venda do evento. Pensada para colaboradores de eventos cashless, permite aceitar pagamentos contactless, descontar ofertas e créditos, e vender produtos directamente no device — sem terminal de pagamento extra, sem hardware adicional. COMO COMEÇAR Não precisas de conta 3cket. Basta: 1. Abrir a app 2. Introduzir o código da função (9 dígitos) 3. Começar o turno O código é gerado no backoffice 3cket por quem organiza o evento e partilhado contigo. A app reflecte toda a configuração feita pelo organizador — produtos, preços, zonas de trabalho, ofertas disponíveis. UM CÓDIGO PARTILHADO OU UM POR COLABORADOR O organizador decide a granularidade: — Um código partilhado entre vários colaboradores: distribuição rápida, analytics agregados ao ponto de venda. — Um código por colaborador: mais granular, permite mapear cada venda à pessoa individual e acompanhar o desempenho por colaborador. Ambos os modelos funcionam na mesma app. MULTI-FUNÇÃO NO MESMO DEVICE No mesmo device podem coexistir várias funções do evento. Um chef de bar, por exemplo, pode ter instalado o código de Ponto de venda e, em paralelo, o código de Devolução de produtos — e alternar entre os dois sem sair da app. FUNCIONALIDADES PRINCIPAIS — Venda directa: recebe pagamentos contactless ou em dinheiro sem identificar o participante. — Identificação do participante: lê o código do participante (QR, pulseira, cartão) e desconta do saldo cashless, oferta ou créditos. — Produtos e zonas: a listagem de produtos, preços e zonas de trabalho é configurada no backoffice 3cket e reflecte-se na app. — Faturação: cada venda gera automaticamente o documento fiscal associado, conforme os requisitos do evento. — Sem hardware extra: o teu device faz o papel de terminal.
