It talks to the hardware through Camera2 so you get the sensor — RAW DNG files, real manual exposure, and cinema-style video — not a processed preview. PHOTOS • RAW DNG capture from the sensor when your phone supports it • DNG, DNG+JPEG, or JPEG per shot • Full-sensor 4:3 or 16:9 framing, labelled with the real resolution • Phones without RAW fall back to a low-processing JPEG (noise reduction and edge enhancement off) VIDEO • The same ISO, shutter, focus, and white balance you set for stills • Cinema profiles: standard SDR, HLG HDR, and an S-Log3-style log curve (where the hardware allows) • Frame rates: 24 / 25 / 30 / 60 fps or Auto — the REC bar shows the rate actually used • Hardware HEVC when available, H.264 fallback • Built for Android phones, not only Pixel and Samsung CONTROLS • Manual ISO and shutter speed • Tap-to-focus or full manual focus • White balance presets plus a Kelvin slider • Flash, torch, grid, front and back cameras, zoom dial SMART AUTO In auto mode F64 meters the scene and keeps the shutter inside a gyro-measured blur budget — sharp handheld shots, grain instead of smear in the dark.
