Desde la autogestión y dentro del marco de trabajo en tiempo real, conseguiremos un ecosistema eficiente en tu Comunidad, que te permitirá conocer y gestionar todo lo que suceda a tu alrededor y pueda afectarte a ti y a tus vecinos.
1.- Registra incidencias y siniestros, adjuntando fotos, imágenes comentarios escritos o grabados, dando parte en tiempo real a los gremios, administradores, presidente para que lo puedan resolver de forma ágil.
2.- Consulta la documentación de la comunidad y recibe las notificaciones de cualquier evento que te afecte a ti y a tus vecinos.
3.- Reserva de zonas comunes en tiempo real y evita así cualquier conflicto o malentendido (padel, piscinas, tenis, salas de reuniones, etc...)
4.- Únete a las juntas de forma virtual para seguir, opinar y decidir sobre los puntos a tratar. Vota sobre cualquier punto de discusión abierto.
