BUFF: ADHD Quest Kids & Teens Live

Stop fighting task time. Start coaching it. BUFF is an ADHD routine coach for families of kids and teens (ages 6–18) — replacing daily battles with daily wins. Built on positive coaching principles, BUFF scaffolds independence, so over time kids outgrow the app. WHY BUFF IS DIFFERENT • Real rewards, not virtual coins: Kids earn toward things they actually want — a movie night, a concert ticket, a new gaming chair. • A companion that grows with them: Buddy hatches and evolves from your kid's real-world consistency — not endless screen-tapping. • Two modes, one product: Buddy-led interface for ages 6–12, dashboard-style for 13–18 (co-designed by a teen with ADHD). • Built to be outgrown: The goal is for your kid to not need this app. Phase 1: parent + app remind. Phase 4: kid self-initiates. • An imperfect day still counts: Perfectionism paralyzes ADHD kids. In BUFF, getting most of the list done is a winning day — no resets, no shame. • Pause Mode: When life disrupts (illness, vacation, hard week), one button pauses everything without losing progress. • No surveillance: BUFF tracks task completion, nothing else. No location, no behavior monitoring. • No ads, ever. WHO BUFF IS FOR Parents tired of repeating themselves all day long. Parents whose kids quickly lose interest in typical reward apps. Parents of teens who say ADHD apps are "babyish." Parents who already follow positive discipline and want a tool that aligns with their values. FREE FOR YOUR WHOLE FAMILY Unlimited kids and tasks, the buddy and all its skins, BUFFs and real rewards, Vibe Check, SOS and Pause Mode, reminders, the class timetable, activities and bag prep. No card needed. Every family gets 14 days of BUFF Coach free once their child completes a first task — no card, and nothing is charged when it ends. After that, one free coach insight every week. FOUNDED BY A MOM WITH A MISSION BUFF was built by a mom of a teen with ADHD who couldn't find a single app that worked for both her younger kid and her teenager. Co-designed with her 15-year-old son. Until they don't need us.
