Brite PO Live

Brite PO is the mobile purchase-order app for Brite apparel buyers and merchandisers. Raise orders in the showroom, send them for approval, and receive goods against them — without going back to a desk. Brite PO requires a Brite account. Sign in with your registered mobile number. CREATE ORDERS IN THE FIELD - Build an order from supplier, branch, agent, season and delivery dates - Add products with category, brand, colour, fit, fabric and photos - Enter quantities the way you buy: by size, by set, by lot, by metre, or as a fraction to split across lines later - Per-size WSP, RSP and MRP pricing, with markup and markdown rules applied - Save and reuse size ratios, so a repeat distribution takes one tap - Scan a style code or a supplier's business card with the camera instead of typing it out WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL - Orders created offline are saved on the device - Open and edit a saved order offline: add lines, change quantities, replace photos - Upload when you are back on a connection; nothing is lost in the meantime - Suppliers, product masters, seasons and margin rules are kept on the device APPROVALS AND BUDGET - See what is pending approval, grouped by supplier - Approve or reject with a remark - A separate queue for orders awaiting OTB budget sign-off - Branch limits are checked as you build the order, so you know before you save GOODS RECEIPT - Receive against a purchase order, line by line - Record received quantities per size, with pending and excess shown - Attach invoice, LR and e-way bill copies STAY ON TOP OF DELIVERIES - Dashboard with a seven-day delivery view - Filter and search orders by supplier, status, branch and date - Merge purchase orders, copy an order to other branches, and plan deliveries Brite PO is intended for Brite customers and their authorised staff.
